Services

Our qualified Trichologist is not medically qualified but is but a specialist in areas relating to the hair and scalp.

Close Working Partners

Whilst TrichoCentre offers an extensive range of treatments, sometimes will refer you to one our Close Working Partner/s. This may be because further tests are required or for a specific treatment, such as Hair Transplantation.

Trichology is a para-medical field and many specialists work closely with prescribers to provide clients with certain medication. Our close working partners work in collaboration with us to provide the best and safest practices, making the recommendations and supporting you with any aftercare requirements.

If you consent to the supply of any goods, services, trichological products and/ or prescriptions offered by our close working partners, you are responsible for dealing directly with the relevant partner and bear all costs involved.

The supply of any goods, services, trichological products and medical prescriptions offered by our partners is subject to the partner’s own terms and conditions relating to the provision of goods, services, trichological products and prescriptions.

Face-to-face consultations with our partners may be required in order for them to supply you with any goods, services, trichological products and prescriptions. Additional costs will apply.

Blood draws are not always guaranteed on the day of treatment. There could be a number of reasons for this. Alternative treatment/s maybe offered during your appointment if appropriate.

Following a treatment your scalp may be slightly red. This is normal. Full details regarding the treatment and the effects of the treatment will be explained to you prior to any treatment.

All treatments exclude hair styling, although the salon does have all of the appropriate styling tools for your use after your salon treatment.

TrichoCentre can arrange to book an appointment with a qualified hairdresser at the end of your salon treatment, if required.

Photographs of your face and scalp may be taken before, during and after treatment for the purposes of evaluating treatment efficacy.
